Unable to see playbacks speed at YouTube in horizontal screen

I’m able to see playback speed in vertical screen and it’s allowing me to change the speed up to 2x but when I made it to Horizontal screen I’m able to see playback speed option and I’m unable to change the speed not beyond to 1.25 I mean on screen I can see 1.25 speed option and remaining speed option’s I can’t see and I’m unable to scroll down the screen on YouTube Adding screenshot.
