I’ve removed an app from my Home Screen but, now want to Remove it and reinstall it. How do I do that?

Go to the App Library (swipe left past the last Home Screen), touch and hold the app and then tap Delete App.

From App Library..You can get back app to your Home Screen or remove your apps using App Library..
