How can i stop massive amounts of spam. Blocking only seems to cause more spam.

In the Phone app , do any of the following.
If they are already going into the junk folder thanks to gmail’s spam filters, you shouldn’t expect much else.
That’s about as good as it is going to get.
The person who figures out how to stop spam altogether without interfering with legitimate email will become an overnight billionaire and will probably be worshipped as a demigod for the rest of eternity. Right alongside whoever figures out how to completely stop robocalls.

(they already go to junk folder but there are hundreds of them per week.

Thanks! Trying signing in at gmail then reporting as phishing, but i suppose they will just change their “email” somehow and end up sending more junk than ever…
Will probably just select in junk, delete, and go to trash and delete all…
These junkers seem like college students, using college computers and then going home when classes are over, and that is why they stop for several hours. ( If so, hope they flunk class, and get expelled.)

That is helpful but stupid me, i was referring to spam/junk EMAIL.
i am getting massive amounts of very disgusting emails and blocking them seems to increase their activity. Can anyone help?
Check your email providers web portal to see if spam filtering is enabled.
