Contact suggestions
When I forward a pic, my phone suggests people I’ve recently or frequently contact to send via messages etc. What setting turns this feature on and off?

I figured it out! It’s the the Siri search and suggestions. You can turn on the ability to learn your habits for each app. I did camera, messages and contacts and it seemed to do the trick :)
