Gift iCloud to user in Africa from Europe

Im based in Europe, but like to pay for a friend in Uganda for her iCloud subscription.

I cannot purchase a giftcard for the yearly amount in Europe and send it to her as she is in a different region.

What would be the best way to do this?

I'm only given that country as an option; Belgium, Japan, Sweden, etc. The US is not an option. ITunes gift card query I live in the UK but want to send an iTunes card to a friend who is with the US Air Force based in the Indian Ocean. I’m presuming that her iTunes account is a US one so don’t think a card bought in the will work. How can I get round this?

Gift Card I got lot of friends in USA, Australia and some countries in Asia, so if someone send me Apple Gift Card from this countries can i use it to my wallet based in Germany 🇩🇪

Send her the money for it outside of the iTunes Store system.
