Apple Music is crashing on my iPhone 12 and won’t open but it works on my iPad. What’s the solution to open the app on my iPhone 12?

If Apple Music won't open on your iPhone, try the steps in the resource below:
Bear in mind deleting the Apple Music app removes downloaded music from your device but does not remove songs from your library or playlists.
If you encounter the same issue, after redownloading Apple Music, ensure your iPhone 12 is also fully updated to the latest iOS version.
