Private Relay email forwarding not working with Hide My Email

I use Hide My Email for several apps and have noticed that I'm not receiving emails from some of them. I have checked the Junk folder, and confirmed that email forwarding is turned on. I even tried emailing the private relay email myself, which was returned as undeliverable. I have turned the feature off and back on, and reconfirmed all of the above. I have also switched email addresses in one of the apps and confirmed that emails are being sent, then switched back to the private relay email and confirmed that they are not being forwarded. How can this be fixed?
