Every time my phone rings I answer it goes declined and can’t phone out

What is wrong every time I answer phone it declines call and it also won’t call out

I can't answer incoming calls on iPhone 14 Pro I have just upgraded my phone and intermittently when someone calls and I 'accept' it the screen freezes i.e. time counter remains on 0:00 and the call is lost. When I ring back it goes straight to voice mail so I have to call back a second time. I have taken it to the reseller but they were stumped. Anyone out there had a similar problem and if so have you fixed it and how?
