Ability to invite others to my Appointments/ “Events” isn’t consistently available

I just realized that this isn’t a consistent issue after just trying to schedule an appointment (attached image of “Invitees” being available), but the LinkedIn post shows otherwise.

I believe that I’ve asked about the #iPhoneCalendarInviteFeature on social media twice.
