Could you elaborate a little on your question, and 0n your concerns or issues here?
The developer features are part of iOS and iPadOS on iPhone and iPad d cannot be removed.
The developer tools can be removed from macOS.
If you no longer want to use a device for development, restart it, and the developer option should be gone.
If not, factory reset it.

I am here assuming this iPhone is using iOS 15. iOS 15.6.1 is current.
