How do I turn off 'Developer' options on my iPhone 15?

Developer mode: Settings > Privacy & Security > Developer Mode > Off
If Developer Mode is not shown, it is not enabled.
If you’re referring to the Beta updates switch that is shown in Settings > General > Software Update, that’s part of iOS 16.4 and later for everybody.
