Developer Mode missing in Privacy settings on iPhone 13

I have iOS 26.3 downloaded on my iPhone 13. When I go to privacy in settings and I scroll to the bottom there is no developer mode shown. Why is this? Should I not be able to toggle developer mode ?

iPhone 13, iOS 26

You would need to plug your phone into a Mac using Xcode where you will then be given the option to allow your device to be used for Development purposes. After you do that, you will then see it in your Settings.

Developer Mode only appears in Settings if you initiate pairing or if you previously connected the device to Xcode.
