I'am no longer getting any sound on Netflix and other apps

just in the last few days I no longer have any sound when I watch a show on Netflix or Disney+, other apps work fine, such as Spotify.


I tried changing the audio format to stereo, but still nothing. Has there been an update lately that may have bugs?


I can't get sound through my tv speakers or sound bar.


Does anyone have any ideas, or is anyone experiencing similar issues?

Restart Apple TV - Apple Support


Additionally," if you're using a compatible smart TV, streaming device, or gaming console that's connected to the internet, the Apple TV app should update automatically. If you need help, you can contact the manufacturer or learn how to get the Apple TV app on your device."


If you can't watch or stream movies and TV shows in the Apple TV app
