Recently I updated my iPhone 11 and I received a message asking for battery recalibration. And now this message appears (resetting battery health reporting

The system was not successful. An Apple Authorized

The service provider can replace the battery free of charge.

Charge to restore full performance and capability.) I just want to know is this for in warranty phones or all phones? Because i went to my nearly service centre and they said itā€™s only for in warranty phones. But apple didnā€™t said any thing like this in there message.
