Using DSC to file tenders on CPP Portal on Air M1

Hi,

I have been trying to troubleshoot the problem of installing DSC driver so that my digital signature is readable at the https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app portal. I have tried to update my Java version, tried using EnterSafeAdmManagr, ProxyKey Tool, etc. But still not able to resolve it. Please provide support for this.

Fidelity Active Trader Pro Fidelity ATP suddenly stopped working after upgrade to Ventura 13.3.1 (2020 13" MBP w/M1). Tried to reinstall, but installation fails immediately w/o an error code or reason. Some internet searching seems to indicate that the problem is that 13.3.1 does not allow, or work with, .NET Framework, I assume for security reasons. From my layman's understanding, .NET is a x-platform developer platform similar to Java. I can, or should I, download the latest .NET SDK from MSFT. Is this advisable or safe to do?
