Change Apple ID and password on all devices

I believe I may have been hacked on my Apple ID. Have received notices of someone trying to access, and no I can not access. Also can't change my ID because it does not acknowledge my past ID and password. Help? Have a MacBook Pro, watch and newest iPhone.
