Beats Fit Pro charging issue

My Beats Fit Pro buds are in the case, the case is plugged in and the buds are charging but the case itself is not. I’ve tried resetting them to no no avail. Any suggestions?

If you can't charge your Beats Fit Pro
If you're having trouble charging your Beats Fit Pro, here are some things you can try.
Make sure that the earbuds are seated properly in the charging case.
Use another power source or a different cable.
Reset your Beats Fit Pro.
If you still need help, contact Apple Support.
