Beats Studio Buds not charging

My Beats Studio buds are not flashing any color anymore even though the buds are in the case and I tried charging it with multiple cables.

How can I fix this possibly.

If your Beats Studio Buds are not working as they should, we recommend using these steps found on the article you came from, Reset your Beats Studio Buds:


1. Place both earbuds in the charging case. Leave the case open.
2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.

3. Release the system button.

The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Beats Studio Buds with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again.


We have found these steps resolve a lot of issues, including those like you are describing.


If you continue to have an issue, the next thing to do would be to reach out to Apple Support here: Get Support


They will be in the best position to assist you further.
