annoying useless apple system messages

'iCloud must be enabled in order to use homekit'

How can I turn off this stupid message that pops up every 20 minutes on my iPad?

I do not use home kit, nor will I ever use it. I don't even have 'home' installed, I deleted it. Yet that annoying, useless message keeps on pestering me. I hate my iPad because of it, apart from it being a useless device to begin with. Anyone, any idea how to get rid of said system message once and for all?

I've never received the message

It could be an app that uses homekit such as in MiHome in this link

Make sure you are not connected to any mini -hub type of device in bluetooth.

Uninstall the Home app (done!)

Settings, [your name], iCloud turn off Home

I have completed all of these steps already, I don't have home installed anymore, yet the messages keep coming....
