MacBook air M1 stuck pixel

I have a stuck pixel on my MacBook air M1 display. Unfortunately my warranty ended 78 days ago and apple support said they can do nothing. But I am seeing a lot of people complaining about the same problem, even in brand new MacBooks. Couldn’t that be a manufacturing issue?

Ofc I chose to not buy! When you pay the price you pay for a Macbook you do not expect a manufacturing issue after 1 year and 78 days of use. If I was buying a 400$ laptop I definitely would expect manufacturing issues, and btw none of my 400$ laptop had manufacturing issues after 1 year and 78 days of use.

Thanks for your answer! And good to know it is a manufacturing issue.

My macbook M1 2020 is 1 year and half old. It was in perfect condition until few days ago when the screen started to crack intensely. What happened is that i was my phone touched in a very smooth way the screen. Knowing that my phone as a soft cover very. I was very confuse when that happened knowing that there was no shock only a touch.

In this situation, I really question the quality of the product due to the increased sensitivity of the device.
