I am trying to connect my Appel watch to my phone but when I do it and on my phone it says my Appel Id is my gmail account and I know the password and everything but it is saying incorrect password or Appel id and when I put In my regular Appel id it is staying I can’t use it
Unfortunately, this Apple Watch has an activation lock on it. Meaning, the previous owner has linked it to their Apple ID, rendering it useless until the previous owner deletes it in his/her Apple ID.

The person that you bought/got this watch from needs to follow all the steps on this page;
Remove the Activation Lock so that the buyer can use it.
If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and mark it down as a bad experience.

Yes but my Appel id is outlook so should I change it?
That account is set up using a gmail address. You’re trying to log in using an outlook email address. You need to use the Apple ID with which you first set up the watch.
