Sports book deposit to Apple Pay

The sports book that I’m in was depositing money to my Apple Pay but it was declined. I used a credit card to my Apple Pay to fund the sports book. Any suggestions so that the deposit will go through to my Apple Pay?

Can I move my apple gift balance to apple pay I have an Apple gift card balance - is there any way to move it to Apple Pay? I don't use a lot of in app purchases, so I'd rather use the cash. Is that possible?

Apple pay I do not have apple pay but made a payment on a purchase from Facebook ( my bank supports apple pay). How is it possible that the payment taken from my card was lots more than the original payment that I approved??
