Vertical ergonomic mouse

I have rheumatoid arthritis and need to find a Mac compatible organic vertical mouse. Calling over 2000 pictures a day has ruined my hands and I am desperate I found the evolution one but it’s not compatible with the iOS 10.5 unfortunately. I need a mouse that I can program the buttons to include delete forward backwards and then the other obvious ones that should’ve already be included any suggestions?
