Why it says iPhone 13,4 in my devices?

Hi apple, recently I have try to log into a web site using one of my Google account

then it asks for my identification to trust on this device which is my iPhone 12 Pro Max

but some how when I log into my Google account

it shows iPhone 13,4 … is my phone hacked ?

is it possible my phone is linked to other some sort of device ? I have quickly reset my Google account password afterwards

so what should I do ? I am worried
