We are afraidwesigned up for Apple TV more than once and are being billed more than the $5/moth fee. Can you examine our account and let us know?

Have we signed upper Apple TV once and only once?

Learn how to examine what happened:

Any account can have just one Apple TV+ subscription. (Same for any other specific subscription). Users can’t subscribe more than once for the same service on the same account.


If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support. Charges do not specify the product or service, instead only the merchant.

View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support. Every charge will be detailed in the purchase history, including subscription fees.

See your subscriptions overview - Apple. Find out what you currently subscribe to, on your Apple ID account.

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support. Cancel just the services that you no longer want.
