cant download apps
it won’t let me download anything and i took my payments off and canceled my subscriptions what do i do

You need a payment method -
Do you have a functioning payment method listed in your account? Unless you have a NONE option in the payment methods, you usually have to have a valid payment method entered in your account details. Even for free apps or to update apps.
