Hello there,
New to Final Cut Pro and have attempted to start a new project but found all my clips from a previous project appearing in the library pane.
Am I doing something wrong? It's not the end of the world, but I expected a clean slate with a new project and was surprised to find the library occupied ...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that two libraries are open. The old and the new one. Try File menu>close (name of your previous library here) library.
