Cannot transfer pro res files from iphone 13 Pro Max

Hi,

i am having few pro res files and i want them to transfer to PC. The problem is when i transfer them, videos are not in Pro Res but they are in HEVC. At the video details in Photo app on iPhone, its written 5gb file size when i transfer it, its only 100mb. I tried with manual transfer via lightening cable, from icloud app... also i am having in photo app settings selected Keep Originals (transfer to mac or PC).

The second problem is, i am getting warning message Device is Unreachable when trying to transfer from Iphone to PC. I tired with different cables, i did factory reset, i tried on other computers and nothing better. I have the latest iOS and it was the same with the previous ones.

Am i eligible to return my iPhone if this is not working as it should? Warranty is still active.
