Designate spam as junk by subject

Can I designate spam as junk by subject? All of a sudden I’m getting a lot more spam. Many of them with the same subject, all of which are from different senders. So when I send them to the junk folder, it remembers the sender And not the subject. So I keep getting the same spam over and over and over again.
