iPad 9th gen Bluetooth can’t find any devices. Just keeps scanning. I have my Sony Bluetooth speaker turned on but can not see it.

iPad, iPadOS 15

Has the speaker been paired to the iPad before?

Try turning off bluetooth on the iPad, and turning it back on after 10 seconds in Settings->Bluetooth.

If it does not show the speaker,

Try rebooting the iPad, and trying again.

Do note, the iPad will not pair to other iOS, iPadOS, android devices, Macs or PCs over bluetooth directly and will not show them in the Bluetooth Settings page.
