I had spectrum email account with my cable and once i stopped make service I lost my email and I have send my new email address to everyone what should I have done

What you should have NOT done is used your cable provider as your primary email address, for exactly this reason. There are many providers who will give you a free or inexpensive email address, like gmail, yahoo, AOL, Microsoft, Apple (iCloud); if you are will to spend a little for advanced features Microsoft 365 is a good choice.

What do you mean, should have done what?
You’re right I have yahoo now and it goes everywhere it **** deleting all the old email addresses and sending out my new address. Thank you for that good advice
