Hello - has anyone else been experiencing compatibility issues with the BambooHR HRIS system, since the latest update? Have been experiencing pages that won't load, so I have to use a different browser to be able to see the page. Contacted BambooHR help desk and they say just to use a different browser, but offer no help with using safari. Am I the only one? Thanks

No worries. Yes, other accounts have the same issue.
BambooHR has confirmed that the issue is, in fact, specific to Safari.
They are apparently working to resolve it.

Still you should try another Browser to help diagnose the problem.
To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...
Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.
Does it work in the new account?
Check your different browsers that are compatible with your OS:

Sorry, can't really explain how I missed the other browser thing... did you try the another user account?

BambooHR IS working on other browsers.
the question/issue at hand is specific to Safari (yes, the latest version of MacOS/Safari).
You are not the only one. BambooHR will no longer load the landing page (or any other page). That all started today. I'm curious if you have been able to find a resolution to this or not...
I'm confused by your response. I am using the latest version of MacOS/Safari/etc. This is not a problem with using an out of date browser...
