If my account didn’t have enough money in it and was declined, then I put more money in will this reflect badly on my account?

My account was declined but now it has money in it. What do I do next?

Possible fixes. Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store. -

Payment method declined in iTunes or the App Store. -
