Your iPhone must meet certain requirements:

-battery at least at 50% and charging

-internet access, wifi recommended

-iOS version must be compatible with your device

EDIT: which iPhone?

after looking at the picture you provided: make sure your Wi-Fi connection is stable and working, otherwise no update will be processed
