Mac mini M1 2 displays plus sidecar as 3rd display

Is it possible to connect 2 monitors and use "sidecar" (iPad Air) as a 3rd monitor in a Mac mini M1?

Actually, you can drive three monitors with a 16 GB 1Mac Mini.

The trick is to connect each monitor to a different type of port on the Mac Mini, I.e. Thunderbolt, HDMI, and USB.

My flight simulator has three monitors, plus two iPads. The latter are connected via Bluetooth.

X-Plane 11.55 on a 16 GB M1 Mac Mini (494 GB storage) connected to (a) Dell model 2007 FPS monitor (1600 x 1200 @ 60 Hz via VGA on monitor to VGA/DVI-I adapter to Startech.com USB 3.0 Dual Head Graphics Adapter to USB-C on Mac Mini), and (b) to a Westinghouse TV model LDD2240 (1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz via HDMI to HDMI), and (c) to a Flatron W2252TQ (VGA on monitor to Belkin VGA/Thunderbolt adapter to Thunderbolt on Mac Mini).  Startech’s DisplayLink driver was loaded and activated.  OS is Monterey 12.5.1.  Logitech Saitek Yoke, Power Quadrant, Rudder Pedals, and Radio Stack. Flight Velocity elevator trim.  Air Manager and ForeFlight are each on their own iPads, and connect via Bluetooth.
