Macbook Pro 14' (2021) charging with a higher wattage power adapter?

My Macboop Pro 14 inch came with 67W adapter. After research I found that it can be fast charged with the 96W or 140W adapter if used with MagSafe 3.

I have 87W adapters from previous Macbook Pro that I could connect with the MagSafe 3.

My questions:

1) Can I use 87W that I have home or do I need to use the one that came with it 67W?

2) Also in regards of the Fast charging adapters. Can they be used constantly or just occasionally?

3) Will any of the higher wottage adapters affect the battery in negative way?

Thank you very much.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.5
