Weird Message

I just got an alert claiming to be from Apple that my phone has been compromisedā€¦it said 17% of my battery ability was already damaged and I needed to click something from 🍏 I did not

That was probably a spam message. You did the right thing. Never give any information to such messages. Check this link...
