Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Subscribed twice in HOTSTAR app with 2 different packages.

Today(30/08/2022) i have subecribed for HOTSTAR twice with 2different packages at e ach time.


Around 10AM, i have subscribed with 499/year plan

Around 10:20AM, i have again subscribed with 899/year plan.


I need to cancel the subscrption of 499/year okan which i subscribed.

Do it is possible ?

How can i get refund, do i need to create any request or automatically the refund will be triggerred.

When i checked with HOTSTAR support team, they told me to check with ITUNES. But in ITUNES i do not have any option to do so.


Kindly people help me on it

Then -> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
