Unable to get into my Apple ID because the email is blocked

I can't get into my apple id because of the email I opened it with because it's blocked and I don't remember the security questions

Apple ID problem Hi , unfortunately my apple ID is blocked. The email that I’ve used for my apple ID no longer exist. I know my security questions but I think I’ve entered my birthday date wrong . Do I have any idea how can I fix that ?

➢ Change Apple ID security questions.

To reset security questions:

➢ Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security. 
