Erasing all content and stuck at backup.

I am trying to erase all content so I can sell my old iPhone however when trying to do so it gets stuck on the section for uploading data to iCloud, I then click skip backup and it then gets stuck at ‘remaining 1 minute’ and won’t budge after that. I have tried restarting my phone and the problem is still happening.

If you are unable to back up to iCloud, follow the guidance found here:

If you can't back up to iCloud - Apple Support

"If your iCloud backup is taking longer than expected to complete

Check that you're connected to Wi-Fi.
Check your upload speed.
Leave your device connected to power and Wi-Fi for 24 hours. If your backup still isn't done, archive important data then contact Apple Support. "
