Linking multiple accounts/inboxes in Apple Mail

Hello,

Windows Mail has the ability to link multiple inboxes (group them together) under one inbox. For example I can group a Gmail and Yahoo account into one inbox, also I can group my UNI email addresses together one Gmail and one Outlook under one inbox.

Does Apple Mail have the same or similar feature? Thanks.

Yes, you can have a Smart Mailbox that groups together all the messages that are in multiple boxes of your choosing.

Go to Mailbox->New Smart Mailbox, or locate the Smart Mailboxes lable in the sidebar and click the + button, to create a new Smart Mailbox.

For the criteria, do it like this -

chose "any" and then add each of the individual inboxes, in turn:

Step 1: message is in the inbox for account 1

Step 2: message is in inbox for account 2
