panic(cpu 0 caller 0xfffffe00224c904c): Kernel data abort.

How do I deal with this issue? It has now happened 4 times in the last 3 weeks. It's not as if I have a bunch apps open but always when I am streaming videos. It's not the whole report because it's too long for this text box. 5000 character limit.

Run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper. That is how you are can also post the Kernel Panic log. When asking for assistance you should also post the exact model of the Mac and OS being used. You can get this information by clicking the Apple menu and selecting "About This Mac". The EtreCheck will contain this information. How are you streaming videos (app, browser -- which one)? Is it from more than one source?

You can run the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected.

Disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.

Uninstall Avast by following the developer's instructions. Anti-virus apps, cleaning apps, and third party security software is not needed on a Mac and usually causes more problems than they solve, plus they impact system performance. Plus Avast has been caught at least two times selling user information. macOS already has great built-in security especially when combined with users practicing safe computing habits such as those described in this article written by a respected forum contributor:
