My earpiece is replaced the true tone got loss and the face id what happen?

Was the replacement done by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider? If so, you have a 90-day warranty on the repair. Take it back. If you had it replaced by someone else, take the phone back to them and see what they will do.
