What do I need to do I have on my speaker fixed in my phone and there's still is a vibration problem. You cannot hear the other person when you are on the phone with them unless you put it on speaker you can hear them a little bit my face recognition is not working as well

This is a very common problem. You might try a forced reboot (which doesn’t erase your data):
Press and release the volume up button quickly
Press and release volume down button quickly
Press the Side Button (Power) until the Apple Logo appears.
Most users fix it this way.
