when I login to Apple Tv app it states that my apple id is incorrect, please help

On what device are you trying to sign in? Apple TV app-supported devices - Apple

Verify that you entered the account password correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive.

Verify if you can sign in on any other device, or the Apple ID management site if needed.


If you just created a new account, then the account information may still need confirmation or validation, for it to be acceptable. Apple ID accounts need full user details as requested, a verified email address (respond to test message), and a valid payment method.


Contact Apple Support if you need more account-related assistance.
