Downloading app

Hello I’m having problems downloading a app it tells me to put in my password then it’ll go to page that tells me to payment information which I did but still can’t download any apps

iPhone 7, iOS 14

If you can't make purchases or update apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one

Try to delete & reinstall the app if that does not help you can try signing out of the app store then power off your iPhone. Press volume up volume down quickly then press & hold the power button until your iPhone powers down & you see the apple logo, then release power button, sign back into app store & see if the app works correctly if not report said app or contact the developer using the apple support app.
