Try to delete & reinstall the app if that does not help you can try signing out of the app store then power off your iPhone. Press volume up volume down quickly then press & hold the power button until your iPhone powers down & you see the apple logo, then release power button, sign back into app store & see if the app works correctly if not report said app or contact the developer using the apple support app.
