an amazon soundbar that is somehow attached to my iphone which i found in settings !this only started recently and ive had this phone for 6 months ! plus i dont have an amazon soundbar !I have no clue what to do i am a new iphone owner plus my gmail accounts are recently saying im signing into a mac which i do not have a mac laptop only an iphone ! is my account compromised?

I’ve been using it to complete surveys for in-game rewards for 2 different apps. I was initially worried about any harmful things that could be on some of the sites the surveys were on, but figured I shouldn’t be too concerned because Apple has a pretty strong barrier against things like viruses & malware. Today, I opened my iPad and went to play music on Spotify using bluetooth to my Amazon Alexa. It kept clicking songs I didn’t even have on my playlist, and connected itself to the Google Dot upstairs multiple times, then continued to mess with the volume and other bluetooth device’s connected to my Spotify. I closed Spotify to make sure it wasn’t my iPad, but it stopped & continued once I opened it again. I also opened IMessage to ask my mom if she was doing it, because she can control my Alexa via her own Iphone & she typically turns my volume up before she ‘drops in’ to talk to me or get my attention. When I opened IMessage, it clicked on three other contacts and typed random letters. I restarted my iPad after that, but it wasn’t fixed. Im thinking that I may have contracted some kind of malware or something from the survey sites I mentioned above, but I’m not sure. Is there a way that I can check to verify that this is the problem? And if it is, what can I do to fix it?

iPhone or Apple ID possibly compromised Is it possible for either my iPhone to be hacked, or my Apple ID to be compromised and a person download apps under my Apple ID? If so, would those apps show up on my phone even if this was done from a different device?

My iPhone has been hacked there is like two phones hooked to my one phone. It goes back-and-forth when I swipe the screen it won’t allow me to do certain options like family sharing, and as well my Apple Music is saying it took to a different id and it keeps on syncing to Apple Music I keep on erasing it it keeps on happening over and over and over again please help it’s created havoc in my life. I’m not a computer wizard and this stuff gets so confusing. I’m going crazy. please help me please. I’m on the edge of insanity. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Your screenshot is stating Firestick/soundbar. Do you have an amazon fire stick?

Also: change your google account password and reach out to google support if you're thinking that your google account is compromised

HI BbyGrl007,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. On your second photo under your Apple ID it can be an Amazon Fire Stick that would be connected to your television.

For your first photo, you'd need to reach out to Google for information.
