I got my iphone few days ago and I want to make sure I am charging it the right way. Can someone help me to maintain my battery at 100%?

No.

The battery health is going to decline no matter what you do.

Rechargeable batteries only have so many charge cycles.

There is no possible way to maintain battery health at 100%.
