Iphone SE version 2 - phone call break up

Since the last iOS update my SE 2 has call break up. Incoming calls can’t hear me and calling out the person being called can’t understand me due to crackling.

This issue is affecting another SE2 of same age in the family. Pointing at an update issue. Anyone know anything? Thanks

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
